WHAT IS YOUR NEW PATIENT PROCEDURE?

You are required to WhatsApp us to schedule an assessment session first. If you have already obtained a complete speech language assessment report, we will then arrange a brief assessment session to update your child's info and skills.

HOW LONG I CAN GET THE APPOINTMENT?

You are required to wait for 1-3 months for the assessment session depending on the waiting list. We will contact you when there is slot available.

HOW CAN I BOOK THE FOLLOW-UP APPOINMENT?

You are required to inform your therapist and we will arrange the schedule for you. Full payment for the subsequent session is required before follow-up appointment is given (pay in advance).

DO YOU ACCEPT WALK-IN CONSULTATION?

We do not accept walk in consultation. All consultations are by appointment only.

WHAT ARE THE AGE RANGE OF CLIENTS THAT YOU SERVE AT SPEECHSTEPS?

We are providing the service for population ranging from infant to elderly.
